I just received another email from the Niners to remind me that tickets are (not surprisingly) still available for the season opener against the Seahawks in five days. I clicked the link and found seats available in 30 sections - and that's not including the Upper Reserved sections or the end zones!I haven't heard any news about a potential blackout yet, but this certainly doesn't bode well this year for the team's chances of avoiding a home game from not being shown on local TV for the first time in 30 seasons.
Maybe Lil' Jed will have to open up his wallet and purchase the rest of the available seats. Let's see how HE likes paying for the privilege of sitting in a plastic seat in dumpy Candlestick Park!
